The Grants Pass Department of Public Safety has made three arrests in the arson fire that was set at Morrison Centennial Park on July 31, 2008.
In the late afternoon of September 30, 2008, detectives with the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety responded to 101 Smokey Lane and arrested Jonathon Davis and lodged him in the Josephine County Jail.
Johnny Amaral and Justin Acuff, who were both still in custody at the Josephine County Juvenile Department had the additional charges added.
